Real-Time X-Ray Radiography
Open Vision is an easy-to-operate digital x-ray system with live video output for radiographic inspection and reporting in real-time. It is a non-destructive testing (NDT) technique that uses real-time radiography to scan insulated pipe systems for corrosion or corrosion precursors, weld mapping and heat trace location.
Advantages :
- High - speed screening
- Easy interpretion
- Minimal operator training
- Requires no callibrations
- Video and still image recording
- Tought and efficient
- Minimize missed calls
- Fast and easy mounting
Guided Wave Inspection
Utilizing MSS Technology
MsS System is a device that electromagnetically generates and receives low-frequency ultrasonic guided waves. It is used for rapidly surveying a long length of pipeline from a single test location. The corrosion wall loss and cracks in aboveground, buried, and insulated pipe can be detected, and their locations and sizes can be estimated by analyzing the data with user-friendly software.
Advantages :
- Rapid surveying of long lengths of pipe
- Detection of corrosion under insulation without removing insulation except the probe location
- Cost reduction in gaining access to the pipes for inspection
- The ability to inspect inaccessible area such as overhead pipe or burried pipes
- High temperature inspection up to 300 °C

Ultrasonic Testing
Ultrasonic Testing (UT) is a technique that utilizes high frequency sound waves to detect imperfections of metal materials. This technique is widely used in industries mainly to define actual metal thickness and sub-surface defect sizing using appropriate selection of angle probes.
Magnetic Particle Testing
Magnetic particle testing (MT) is a technique which is utilized to detect surface and slightly sub-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials such as iron, steel, nickel, cobalt, etc. This technique is primarily utilized in the industrial sector for integrity check at pressure vessels, piping, structures and even can be performed to inspect underwater structures.
Dye Penetrant Testing
Dye-Penetrant Testing (PT), also known as liquid penetrant inspection (LPI), is a cost-effective method used to detect surface discontinuities such as cracks, porosity, laps and seams. This technique can be applied to both ferrous and non-ferrous materials and all non-porous materials (metals, plastics or ceramics).
