Real-Time X-Ray Radiography

Open Vision is an easy-to-operate digital x-ray system with live video output for radiographic inspection and reporting in real-time. It is a non-destructive testing (NDT) technique that uses real-time radiography to scan insulated pipe systems for corrosion or corrosion precursors, weld mapping and heat trace location.

Utilizing MSS Technology

MsS System is a device that electromagnetically generates and receives low-frequency ultrasonic guided waves. It is used for rapidly surveying a long length of pipeline from a single test location. The corrosion wall loss and cracks in aboveground, buried, and insulated pipe can be detected, and their locations and sizes can be estimated by analyzing the data with user-friendly software.

Magnetic Particle Testing

Dye Penetrant Testing

Dye-Penetrant Testing (PT), also known as liquid penetrant inspection (LPI), is a cost-effective method used to detect surface discontinuities such as cracks, porosity, laps and seams. This technique can be applied to both ferrous and non-ferrous materials and all non-porous materials (metals, plastics or ceramics).

Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) is a free-swimming submersible craft used to perform underwater observation, inspection and physical tasks such as valve operations, hydraulic functions and other general tasks within the subsea oil and gas industry, military, scientific and other applications. ROVs can also carry tooling packages for undertaking specific tasks such as pull-in and connection of flexible flowlines and umbilicals, and component replacement.

Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV)

A Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) is a free-swimming submersible used for underwater observation, inspection, and tasks like valve operations and hydraulic functions in the subsea oil and gas industry, as well as in military and scientific fields. ROVs can carry tools for specialized tasks, such as connecting flowlines and replacing components.

Our ROV pilots are trained by experienced U.K. instructors and bring extensive project experience. Our control containers are fully certified by DNV, equipped with a crane, winch, control center, display, power supply, workstations, and AC, allowing for efficient mobilization and demobilization. This setup ensures safe, efficient ROV operations while saving project time.
